MOD6500 ISDB-T modulator is developed to adapt Japan, Brazil, Argentina and other South American country’s Terrestrial Digital Television. The modulator's channel encoding and modulation mode is fully complying with the ARIB STD-B31 standard. This ISDB-T modulator supports four ASI hot backup input, single frequency network, and multi-frequency network.

MOD6500 also incorporates Linear and Non-linear Digital Pre-distortion and provides a range of intuitive signal measurements. Full remote management and control as well as remote firmware upgrades are provided.

SNMP Client, this feature allows remote control of the MOD6500 inaccordance with the SNMP protocol (Get, Set and SNMP traps). This remote control feature is intended for systems solutions where it is desired to integrate the control of a range of SNMP compliant equipment in a common management system.

In order to improve the output performance of the transmitter, this ISDB-T modulator also simultaneously supports adaptive linear and nonlinear digital pre-distortion, layered transmission and three transmission modes. Furthermore, this device can be upgraded and controlled through network system, which can be widely used in ISDB-T digital broadcasting network's setting up and set-top box design's production and test.
